Heavy Rain in Jakarta

Jakarta is known to be a city which have the problem because of the flood. Every year, in the wet season, Jakarta always flooding and it is also the problem of the government to manage the city well. I think the main problem is the trash. People in Jakarta do not really conscious about keeping their trash away from the river and it makes the river corked so the water is flooding when heavy rain come. The way to settle this problem is depend in every person behaviour. If everyone conscious about this problem, we can make Jakarta a better city and better place to live.
