The husband who treated his wife like his slave

The news talked about the man who made his own wife became his own slave. He made her to cook, take care of the children, wash, clean, and etc. However, she was punished when she do something that his husband not like. The husband will struck his wife, threw tin can of cat food at her, and he once told her to jump to the river. He abused her and not let her went out of the house and not let her to socialise with other people. The wife felt like she was in jail because of that.

I think the husband is too much at pick the right choice like abusing his wife. It can make the wife become traumatised and stress also. I think the punishment is good like not let her go out for 3 days or so but abusing her and not letting her go out at all is wrong. Every human has their own right to give their idea and to socialise with other people. The husband look ;like he make his wife as the slave or maid not as a life partner.
